AVS Photo Editor is a free photo-editing software designed by AVS4You for Windows that lets users enhance their photos with easy-to-use tools and special effects.This program features photo editing tools such as red-eye reduction, contrast, brightness, saturation and color balance. Other tools include Deblur that softens or sharpens object shapes and Retouch which allows users to remove small imperfections in the picture.
